I’ve just started this series, and I’m enjoying it so far. There are some new “burner” zombies that catch fire, which is a cool twist. There’s even a scene where a conductor ties zombies to instruments to make a zombie band—unrealistic, but hey, it’s a zombie show, so who am I to judge, lol. The only downside is that I don’t feel much for these characters. There’s a boy introduced as a messiah (who isn’t), and a “nun” who’s really a thief and a prostitute—a nod to Mary Magdalene, I think. But honestly, I’m just here to watch Daryl kill walkers. I remember how attached I felt to the original TWD group from Atlanta—Glen, Maggie, Rick, Hershel. I truly cared about them in a way I don’t feel with these French characters. Daryl seems even fiercer in this series, which I like. I’ll update once I finish it. Leggi tutto

trama

Daryl approda in Francia e fatica a ricostruire come è arrivato lì e perché. La serie segue il suo viaggio attraverso una Francia distrutta ma resistente mentre spera di trovare un modo per tornare a casa. Durante il viaggio, però, le connessioni che forma lungo il percorso complicano il suo piano finale.
