I’m not a League of Legends player and know very little about it, but this show is incredible. The opening scenes of the first episode are beyond gripping—rarely does a show, animated or live-action, have me on the edge of my seat from the start. (Update 11/17/2024: Watching it a second time, the opening still has me breathless. Just wow.) The animation is exceptional for a TV series, creating a rich atmosphere most animated shows don’t even attempt. This isn’t just another Star Wars-style series; it stands out with a unique identity. The characters are equally compelling. Although I know nothing about League of Legends, I suspect some of these characters become champions. I’m not entirely sure what that entails, but the show has me eager to find out. This is why the series excels: even without knowledge of the source material, it hooks you immediately. Leggi tutto
