The plot of this movie had potential, but it wasn't executed well. While there were some strong elements, the storyline didn’t come together in a convincing or believable way. There were numerous inconsistencies, and the film took some unnecessary liberties.
Minka Kelly is undeniably beautiful, but her character was poorly developed. Still, I enjoyed watching her, despite the lack of realism.
The supernatural aspects were even more absurd than expected, and the weak love story didn’t help. Moreover, the murder seemed pointless.
Overall, the character motivations were poorly executed. The script was weak, the direction subpar, and the dialogue unconvincing. On the positive side, the production quality was decent.
